I’ve had a crock pot for 1.5 years, but I never really knew what I’d use it for. But, when I found this recipe for honey sauced chicken, it seemed pretty fail-safe — even for a crock pot novice. Luckily, it turned out really well! I did 1/3 of the recipe, since I just made one chicken breast for myself. The sauce is made up of honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and calls for onions, but I used onion powder instead. I put the chicken/sauce over vegetable fried rice, but I think it would also be good (or better) over white rice. I will definitely be making this again soon!
